Allows you to monitor bidirectional communications between your PC and a remote device. Can be open in multiple windows to monitor multiple ports at the same time. You can monitor between two external devices but you’re going to have to make the cables. Between the PC it’s installed on and a peripheral there is no additional hardware required. Can capture in ASCII or hex. GUI is a little dated but who cares. Currently running on Windows 11 just fine.

Best way to send receive, spy on the connection. Tried out many app but this is handy with all the functionalities in one place!
